Patron Services
House Manager
The House Manager can assist you by answering questions about parking, patron services, accessible seating and house policies.
The House Manager is on duty in the lobby of The Independence Park Theatre beginning one hour before each scheduled performance until the performance's conclusion. Inquire of any usher or at the Box Office to speak with the House Manager.
Late Seating
To decrease disruptions during a performance all late comers shall be seated in the closet seat available in the back of the theatre. During intermission, patrons may move to their appropriate seat.
Beepers/Cellular Phones/Electronic Devices
In consideration of other patrons please silence cell phones, beeping watches and other electronic devices when you enter the theatre.
Cameras/Recording Devices
The use of cameras and/or recording devices including smart phones in the theatre is strictly prohibited.
Children's Attendance
If you have a question about whether a given production would be suitable for young members of your family, please check the show’s rating which is available on the page for each production in the season
Bad Weather Policy
New Venture Theatre maintains a firm policy of not canceling performances. For this reason, we urge all ticket holders to make every effort to attend. There are no ticket refunds.
If New Venture Theatre cancels a show due to events beyond our control we will contact all ticket holders to first reschedule their attended performance. If we are unable to reschedule, a refund will be offered.
